Q: Is there a daily time deadline for me to place my order?

A: Yes, in order to have your order processed on the day it is placed, the purchase order must be either received or called in no later than 1:30 P.M. CST. We will try our best to process any orders placed after this time, but due to manufacturer restraints, it may be processed on the next business day.

Q: Is expedited shipping available?

A: Yes, in most cases expedited shipping is available. Variables such as the destination, availability of product, and the type of expedited service requested may create difficulty in shipping.

Q: When ordering needles, is there a minimum order?

A: We only require you purchase our smallest quantity, which is a box of 10, we do not sell eaches.

Q: Can I get a discount for purchasing a large quantity of needles?

A: We usually do not give discounts, but if your company is ordering a substantial amount of needles, contact our office so we may discuss your individual situation.

Q: If I want to submit a custom tray form, how long will it take to process?

A: After we receive a custom tray form, it takes approximately 24-48 hours to return the quote to you.

Q: Is it possible to see a prototype of my custom tray before I decide to place an order?

A: Yes, we will send you a Non-Sterile prototype upon request, it may take 5-7 business days for arrival.

Q: After I place an order for a custom tray, when should I expect to receive the sterile product?

A: The sterilization process takes approximately 6 - 8 weeks, this added to transit time results in a delivery time of about 8 - 10 weeks.
